Cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP) is the key in obtaining and sustaining a powerful erection. cGMP relaxes the muscles around the penis, which makes it possible for the cells in the penis to take in blood, thus allows you to experience a proper erection. Your body contains an enzyme called Phosphodiesterase-V (PDE-5) which binds to and destroys cGMP.If you have erectile dysfunction or have just ejaculated, the levels of cGMP in your body are extremely low as a result of the enzyme PDE-5 breaking down cGMP.

Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa is a lichen found throughout the world including China, Hong Kong, Australia, and South America. And has recently been used for sexual dysfunction in men and women.
Xanthoparmelia scabrosa contains Epipolythiopiperazinediones and Pyrazolo pyrimidinome, believed to relax smooth muscles, maximize arterial dilation, and increase bloodflow.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, a plant from China increases the blood circulation and widening the Arterien in molecular purity. Cycli Guanosin Monophosphat (cGMP) is relevant for coming off a strong and durable Erektion. After oral income Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa in its pure molecule form works equally relaxing on muscles around the Penis as cGMP, whereby the cells take up in the Penis blood and set a full Erektion on.
Lichens:Uses from Ancient China till today.
The Chinese have used the seeds of Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa for over 1,000 years to extend the duration of an erection.
In Ancient China,Lichens the earliest registration identified in Shi Jing,Western Zhou Dynasty (11th century BC-771BC),the lichen registered identified by followings from descriptions as belong to Usnea diffracta Vain. or Usnea longissima,a kind of Lichens.During the Northern and Southern Dynasties(AD 420~589),the
Physician Tao Hongjing (A.D.451~536) noted in his famous classics Mign Yi Bie Lu on ShiRui(Cladonia rangiferina Web.):"Bright eyes and benefit spirit and Qi." Doctor Li Shi Zhen noted many lichens in his classical book Ben Cao Gang Mu,described their shapes, character and effects, for example,Nu Luo(Usnea diffracta Vain.) could be used for treatment of fever, malaria, taken as soup and shows diuretic properties. ShiRui(ShiRu,Cladonia rangiferina Web) has properties of benefit throat, expectorant effect.
(Note:Shi Jing,The Book of Poetry,is the first anthology of Chinese poems. It contains 305 poems written over a 500-year period spanning from the beginning of Western Zhou Dynasty (11th century BC-771BC) to the mid-Spring and Autumn Period (475-221BC).") )
Lichens contains strong phytochemicals lichenic acids.Scientists begin research on antimicrobial content of lichens since 1944,and more than 300 kinds already identified. And nearly 50% lichens contains such kind of antimicrobial phytochemicals.some of them are listed following:usnic acid, liches terinic acid, evernic acid, physodic acid, didymicacid, anziaicacid, divaicatic acid, sekikaic acid, etc. These antimicrobial phytochemicals has active antimicrobial properties on grampositive bacteria and Mycobecterium Tuberculosis. The lichen antimicrobial applied in Germany under name of "EVosin I"(composed of usnic acid and evernic acid) and ˇ°Evosin IIˇ±(composed of usnic acid, physodic acid and physodalic acid),Also applied as antimicrobial for wound and suppurative cut in many other nations such as Switzerland,Austria,Finland and Russia.
Recent discoveries proved that the polysaccharides content of lichen named lichenin(lichenan) and isolichenin(isolichenan) exibit strong anticancer properties.
Lichens and Life Without Sex?
All lichens and bryophytes can reproduce themselves asexually and a great many (but not all) are also known to reproduce sexually. Sexual reproduction involves the mixing of genes from two different individuals whereas in asexual reproduction there is no mixing of genes and an individual reproduces copies of itself, like a clone.
If a fragment of a lichen or bryophyte breaks off and lands in a suitable habitat it may grow into a new individual. In principle this is the same process as propagating plants by taking cuttings, a technique familiar to many gardeners. Instead of simply relying on accidental breakage, many lichens and bryophytes help matters along by creating various forms of vegetative propagules.
In many lichens the upper surface has powdery areas. Each granule of this powder consists of a few photobiont cells wrapped up in some fungal cells. Wind, water or animals may carry these granules, or soredia, away to form new lichens elsewhere. Some lichens produce very tiny and fragile finger-like outgrowths called isidia, typically less than a millimetre long. The isidia contain both the fungal and photobiont partners and are easily broken off and dispersed. Like soredia, the isidia can grow into new lichens.
Life without sex is obviously sufficient for various lichens and bryophytes. In some lichens, such as Chondropsis semiviridis and Thamnolia vermicularis, sexual reproduction has never been seen and in many bryophytes sexual reproduction appears to be quite rare.
The left illustration shows a typical foliose lichen in cross section. The lower surface has root-like extensions called rhizines. The upper side has a cup-shaped apothecium lined on the inside with numerous sac-like structures called asci. Each ascus produces 8 ascopores which escape from the cup by wind and rain. The upper side also has a blister-like pustule called a soralium bearing numerous particles called soredia. Each soredium is composed of several green algal cells enveloped by fungal filaments (hyphae). It is interesting to note that some lichen characteristics, such as soredia, are not produced by typical fungi. They are only produced by the algal-fungus association through some unknown genetic mechanism.
What's inside of Xanthoparmelia?
A number of chemicals are found in xanthoparmelia scabrosa including epipolythiopiperazinediones,Pyrazolo pyrimidinone, and other things.
Xanthoparmelia in bulk powder form is a brownish color, and the taste is not bitter. Scientists finding it is a very good natural source of Pyrazolo pyrimidinone, a core component of leading prescription medications for impotence. Induces smooth muscle relaxation, allowing for maximum arterial dilation and increased blood flow.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa:Constituents and Mechanism(PDE-5 Inhibitor) ,How does Xanthoparmelia work?
The Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa plant contain substances that extend the duration of the erection. These substances delay the work of the PDE-5 enzymes, so that the penis stay erect longer and delays the flaccid state.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa naturally contains the substances 4-Methylpiperazine and Pyrazolo Pyrimidin-7-1.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa as a lichen found in various parts of the world origins from China. Its active constituents Epiditiopiperazinedione/4-Methylipiperazines have been proven very effective for Phosphodiesterase-V inhibition, or PDE-5 inhibition. PDE-5 is an enzyme that binds to and digests cGMP (cyclic guanonine monophosphate). If cGMP is digested too quickly, its "relaxing" effect on penile smooth muscle tissue will be reversed, causing the erection to weaken (in many cases this will happen so rapidly; it will appear as if no erection was ever present). A PDE-5 inhibitor, will block the activity of PDE-5, allowing the cGMP to remain an active part of the erection process! Only the active components: Epidithiopiperazinodione?4-Methylpiperazines have been shown to inhibit PDE-5 activity in the lichen Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa:A Natural Substitutor of Pyrazolo pyrimidinone
Utilizes xanthoparmelia scabrosa, a natural source of Pyrazolo pyrimidinone (a core component of leading prescription medications for impotence). This component of the Ultimate V formula serves to effectively inhibit PDE-5 activity...allowing the body to sustain an erection!
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, as the natural form of Pyrazolo pyrimidinome, greatly inhibits the production of PDE-5, allowing for sustained erections.
1).Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa- Induces smooth muscle relaxation in the penis , allowing for maximum arterial dilation and increased bloodflow.
Combined with other components (hi-lighted below), Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa offers significant support for any man experiencing difficulties with erectile dysfunction.Normally suggest Xanthoparmelia formulated with cnidium fruit or Quebracho Extract.
2).Quebracho Extract or Cnidium fruit?- Quebracho increases bloodflow to the penis and dramatically increases libido. The Quebracho contains the highest percentage yohimbe hcl found in the world! Yet yohimbe hcl identified has almost high negative effects for people for long period uses.cnidium fruit maybe better choices more than suggested.Cnidium Monnier naturally increases nitric oxide release which powerfully increases the production of cGMP.

With PDE-5 inhibited, cGMP allows the penis or clitoris to remain filled with blood. May benefit general circulation. Possible dose 50-100mg.
X-Scabrosa and Pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives more prominent efficacy on the treatment of impotence than sildenafil:
Male erectile dysfunction is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions in men. Although erectile dysfunction can be primarily psychogenic in origin, it often accompanies chronic illnesses, such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypertension, and a variety of neurological diseases. Its prevalence is strongly related to age, with a estimated prevalence of 2% at age 40 years rising to 25-30% by age of 65. Although no data are available on the prevalence of erectile dysfunction in men aged over 75, it is probably over 50%.
Various treatment options for erectile dysfunction are available, such as counseling, hormonal therapy, self-injection or transurethral application of vasodilator agents, vacuum devices, prosthesis implantation, and venous/arterial surgery. However, these therapeutic options have several limitations such as side effects, high-cost and low efficacy. Therefore it has called for research efforts to develop new, high effective and simple to use treatment methods, potentially oral medication.
Recently, sildenafil has been developed as a therapeutic agent for male erectile dysfunction by oral administration. Sildenafil is the first in a new class of drugs known as inhibiting phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme distributed specifically in corpus cavernosal tissues and induces relaxation of the corpus cavernosal smooth muscle cells, so that blood flow to the penis is enhanced, leading to an erection. Sildenafil has shown a response rate of around 80% in men with erectile dysfunction of organic cause.
On the other hand, U.S. Pat. No. 3,939,161 discloses that 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives exhibit anticonvulsant and sedative activiity, and also exhibit anti-inflammatory activity and gastric antisecretory activity; EP 201,188 discloses that 5-substituted pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives have effects of antagonizing adenosine receptor and of inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes and can be used for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders such as heart failure or cardiac insufficiency; EP 463,756, EP 526,004, WO 93/6,104 and WO 93/7,149 disclose that pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives which inhibit c-GMP phosphodiesterase more selectively than c-AMP phosphodiesterase have efficacy on cardiovascular disorders such as angina pectoris, hypertension, heart failure, atherosclerosis, chronic asthma, etc.; and WO 94/28,902, WO 96/16,644, WO 94/16,657 and WO 98/49,166 disclose that the known inhibitors of c-GMP phosphodiesterase including the pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives of the above mentioned patents can be used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.
The acid additive salts of pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives according to the present invention have more prominent efficacy on the treatment of impotence than sildenafil, an already established therapeutic agent for impotence, based on the mechanism of inhibiting phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme. The selectivities for phosphodiesterase-6 and phosphodiesterase-3, of the compounds according to the present invention, are much better than those of sildenafil, reducing the side effects such as visual disorders or cardiovascular disorders. Furthermore, the solubility in water at pH=2 & 5 is much more improved and the metabolism in rat liver is noticeably decreased in some of the pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives of the present invention. Therefore the probability of better absorption and better in vivo effect can be expected when administered orally compared with sildenafil and the dose of the compound may be reduced.
The identifier scientists of acid additive salts of pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives have investigated to develop the improved therapeutic agent for impotence and synthesized new pyrazolo pyrimidinone derivatives which have better potency for the treatment of impotence than that of sildenafil, based on the mechanism of inhibiting phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme. The selectivity over phosphodiesterase-6 distributed in retina and phosphodiesterase-3 distributed in heart, of the compounds of the present invention, is much more improved, to reduce the side effects. The solubility and the metabolism in the liver, which are very important factor affecting the rate of the absorption when administered orally, of the compounds of the present invention is much more improved.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa(X-Scabrosa) and women Orgasma:
It is not commonly known, but the female's clitoris contains the very same erectile tissue as the male penis. Without proper blood flow to the clitoris, the woman's sexual experience is greatly diminished. Inadequate blood flow results in poor lubrication, contracted muscles, and poor sexual response. This is the leading physical cause of sexual dysfunction in women.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa and Cnidium Monnier act as the perfect team to increases nitric oxide release.
In turn, cGMP is produced allowing for prolonged smooth muscle relaxation. The clitoris is engorged with blood at the same time blocking the production of enzyme PDE-5. This action allows the clitoris to remain filled with blood.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa - Blocks an enzyme in the body allowing blood to remain in the clitoris.
Xanthoparmelia scabrosa assist the body in producing nitric oxide to relax smooth muscles (corpus cavernosum) and allow healthy sexual function
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa - induces smooth muscle relaxation, allowing for maximum arterial dilation and increased bloodflow. And,
As reported on several popular television news shows, the active ingredients in the leading prescription drugs for male impotence (4-methylpiperazine and Pyrazolo pyrimidinone) are indeed making great strides for women as well! This is not surprising considering the function of these two ingredients and their herbal counterparts (Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa and Cnidium Monnier). It is not a common known fact, but the female's clitoris contains the very same erectile tissue as the male penis. Without proper blood flow to the clitoris the woman's sexual experience can and will be greatly diminished. Improper blood flow will result in poor lubrication, contracted muscles and poor sexual response. This is the leading physical cause of sexual dysfunction in women.
The two main active phytochemicals can significantly increase the blood flow. Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa and Cnidium Monnier act as the perfect team to increases nitric oxide release, which in turn produces cGMP allowing for prolonged smooth muscle relaxation and for the clitoris to engorge with blood at the same time blocking the production of enzyme PDE-5 in turn allowing the clitoris to remain filled with blood.
It doesnt stop there. The Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa extract to stimulate the female's mind and body to achieve the greatest levels of sexual response possible.
Cnidium Monnier - increases nitric oxide release and inhibits PDE-5, allowing erections to be sustained for longer periods.
Safety and Administrations of Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa(X-Scabrosa): There is no RDA for common dose of xanthoparmelia scabrosa, over volume and big dose will cause toxic effects.
Xanthoparmelia Caution:
Study regarding xanthoparmelia scabrosa and it concerns me since there may be toxins in this lichen, but at the same time these toxins are able to kill cancer cells.

Acute Oarl Toxicity Test in Rats:
The test for confirming the toxicity of the compounds of acid additive salts of pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives carried out as follows.
In this test six-week old SPF SD rats were used, and two rats were assigned to each group. The compounds of acid additive salts of pyrazolopyrimidinone derivatives were suspended in 0.5% methyl cellulose respectively, and administered orally with single dose of 1 g/kg using a ball-tipped needle. The dosing volume was 10 ml/kg. After the administration, the animals were observed for clinical signs of toxicity or mortality and the body weight changes were measured. All survivors at the end of the observation period underwent laparotomy under ether anesthesia and the blood samples were taken from the abdominal aorta for hematological tests and biochemical analysis.
After sacrificing the animals, autopsy was performed for macroscopic observation of the organs and tissues. Tissue samples of vital organs from macroscopic legion were removed and fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin solution, then processed by standard procedures for histopathology and examined with light microscope. There were no significant clinical symptoms, body weight changes and mortalities. Also in hematology, serum chemistry parameters and macroscopic observation, no drug-related changes were observed. As are sult all the compounds tested did not show toxicity in rats up to 1 g/kg, and the lethal dose (LD50) of oral administration was determined to be over 1 g/kg in rats.
