Determination Method of Gastrodine in Product of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
Objective:To determine gastrodine in the processed product of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
Methods: HPLC with Hypersil C18 columm was used. The mobile phase was composed of a cetonitrile-methanol-phosphate buffer-water(10:15:30:45). The flow rate was 1mL.min-1 and detection wavelength was set at 220nm.
Results:It was showed that a good linear relationship existed i n the range of 0.7~3.8ug of gastrodine. Its average recovery was 97.66%. RSD w as 2.2% (n=5).
Conclusion:This method is quick, accurate and can be used for t he determination of gastrodine of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
