Mantis Egg-Case Extract Otheca Mantidis Egg Case of Tenodera sinensis Saussure Statilia maculata Thunb Hierodula patellifera photo picture image Dosage and Administration: 3-10 g.

 Contraindications: Like all Yang tonics, this herb should be avoided when their is a deficiency of Yin and an excess of Fire. It should also be avoided when there is heat in the urinary bladder manifesting as frequent urination.

 Cautions: This substance is contraindicated in cases with deficient yin with excessive fire, or heat in the urinary bladder with frequent urine.
