Mung bean is the mature fruit seed of Phaseolus radiatus L.,cultivated in China more than 2000 years,planted in many provinces as crops.Rich in nutritions and can be cooked as bean porridge,bean wine and other forms,cakes or taken as sprouts,called by ancient folks as "best food and common crops".
