1.Bai Zhi decoction oral administration,Mice,LD50:42.88 g/kg;
Bai Zhi Ether extract oral mice LD50 value:5.382 g / kg; Hang Baizhi decoction oral mice LD50 value: 41.97g/kg;Rats intramuscular Methoxsalen LD50 value:160 mg/kg, isoimperatorin B LD50 value:335mg/kg,Bergapten LD50 value :945 mg/kg.
2.Isoimperatorin B daily 75g weight young rats oral administrated 2.5 mgs for 60 days no significant effect on growth, but cause liver damage. A small amount of Baizhi toxins shows exciting effects on animal medullary vascular campaign centers,respiratory center, the vagus nerve and spinal cord, can cause a rise in blood pressure, pulse rate slows down, breathing deepened, vomiting, and so on, may have forced a large number of intermittent convulsions, followed by general Paralysis.
