Siberian Ginseng root (Eleutherococcus senticosus):
Actions: Adaptogen, circulatory stimulant, tonic, vasodilator.

Common Use: Schizandra fruits or berries contain various lignans, mainly schizandrins, these lignans have been found to prevent liver damage, stimulate liver repair, and stimulate normal liver functioning.
