Common Knowledge:30.What are Whole-Fraction extracts?

Common Knowledge Whole-Fraction is a play on words. Since we use multiple extractions with different solvents, we are extracting "fractions" of the herb each time. This is because only a certain subset of the herb's constituents will dissolve in any one solvent. When we combine these extractions (fractions) back together, we are making the "Whole" of the herb in extract form, thus, the term..."Whole-Fraction".

This process, developed through thousands of hours of research and testing, produces concentrated sweet tasting extract emulsions, of high bio-availability, and represents a "state-of-the-art" achievement in producing full-spectrum extraction into a liquid solution. Whole-Fraction Extracts are a true representation of the original plant, achieved through modern technology, while keeping the natural and original intent for the use of science in the natural medicines.

Other manufacturers more interested in advertising "Standardized" or "Alcohol Free Glycerides or Glycerites" are missing the essential laws of physics which dictate how "Wholistic" or rather, non-wholistic their products are. Most often, with standardized extracts, the fraction that contains the "marker" compound is the only fraction in the finished product. The other fractions are not even extracted, since they wouldn't contain "Marker" the ingredient of "value". This is not to say that some aspects of standardization are not desirable, but rather, it is important to keep our attention focused on how herbs work, instead of on pushing "Markers" of potency (milligrams on the label like a pharmaceutical) or "Alcohol Free" ad lines which do not tell the whole store of why a particular extract may work or not.
