 2.TelFax Orders

 You have problems using our site at the times,or uncomfortable placing order online,please don't hesitate to Fax us for orders. If you choose to place an order with us over the phone,normally you still need confirm us with a description for quantity and other details by text,that is time costing,instead of talking a lot yet after that you still need confirm us with a description for quantity and other details by text, we suggest you better use order form and send us a fax.

 5) Once we agree with the price and terms,send payment and confirm your order when receive your order payment form.

 3.International Orders

 International Shipping Terms and Conditions:

 All International shipments will be charged freight calculated by weight and destination. Conditioned prices do not include customs fees, taxes and duties. Customers may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches port of your area. Customer are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from oversea.

 If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to MDidea Exporting Division for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

 Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your import agent or carrier for information specific to your situation.If an item or items are returned to us due to non compliance issues with your country's' laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

 Pricing we give quote means cost and freight handlings included,by convenient transport ways(normally air carrier,air cargo,sea cargo) to the destinations our buyer wanted,to door/to port,with details of specifications and unit notified,insurance mentioned with exceptions,duties not covered normally and varies with different policy of arriving port.

 All Pricing we give are normally stable but variable as for currency ratio floating.

 Payment Options:

 Transfer and remittance route online instruction and payment confirm procedure:
 Inward Route and Transfer Balance.
 Credit cards: Visa, Master Card No acceptable now.

 Taxes and Duties:

 Quotation no cover any import tax,customer responsible for self clear any fees lay on item when it arrive your area and tax depend on different local agency.

 Repacking:

 We do not charge repacking fees for any cargo order,package order or retail order.

 Special Processing:

 For special extract processing which not in our line at present,it may need some more days and we will make you confirmed once raw herbs and proper applicable forms available.

 5.Order Confirmation:
 After you have submitted your order, you will be shown a copy of your order detailed as a proforma invoice or a contract,which included all details of your order related and arrangement details we discussed and agree with consencus.And we make a confirmation notice once the order got paid as to update you estimated shipping date,etc.

 6.Order Status Check:
 How about my order status? Page to Online Order Status Check,Find out status of your order by entering your Customer ID!
 You are not customed to use this status check or too busy,Contact Us send an email,we will check it for you the updated status details for your package or cargo.
