 Re:IF in cases No Email reply in 24-48 hours(except public vacations),the reasons nornally included following:
 1.possible STMP errors or email system errors as commonly known.
 2.possiblely IP of your email server got listed on the black list at mail firewall of 163.com server,that means emails from your mail server IP got identified as spammer by the Smtp server of 163.com
 3.possible setting errors of your mail account and pop or smtp,suggest you are useing outlook express or other similar client interface.
 4.possible wrong email address you write.
 5.possible errors of POP server and STMP server,for server busy or other technical problems.
 6.possible dns errors of the mail server you used.
 7.unstable net connections which may brings failure when you sent an email inquiry or send a big attachment.
 8.your mail possible rejected by smtp or pop server,for illegal email head or some content the server identified as not proper.
 9.possible pop server has limit for the mail quantity and time from certain connection and same email address.
 10.your mail pop or smtp or client side got hosted with virus,trojan or hacked.
 11.other reasons not identified why your inquiry could not reach to us.
 If you failed to get a reach by mail,instead you may send us a fax with the details of your inquiry or make a phone call if time proper.

 Q4.Can you deliver to restriction countries?
 We can and have delivered to most countries in the world but some countries have greater import restrictions than others. We have had difficulty shipping to Indonesia and some other countries where powders have sometimes been confiscated in customs. We have no control over this and are not responsible for items confiscated. Please make sure your country allows product of this sort to be imported.

 Q5.Do I have to pay customs, import taxes and duties?
 Customs duties, fees and applicable taxes are applied by the country of destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot give estimates on what they will cost. You will need to pay any required fees in order to get your doll through customs. If you require assistance with the customs process you can request help from our freight provider or select your own provider,clearance agent or consult our logistic department.

 Our products are shipped by standard air freight in standard and secure drum or box.The drum is approximately 50*42 and weighs about 2.5kgs around in net. Inside the drum or box,the powder are sealed with its strong packing double or tripled. All shipments are fully insured. We never displayed on any items mailed or freighted from us. Your privacy is of utmost important to us.
 International shipments are sent to your closest International airport,seaport or directly to your office or store. And you need give us a detailed infomation if anything difference between your delivery address and invoice address to avoid any mistakes of the shipping and brings yourself inconvenience.

 Q7.What are your payment policies for International orders?
 We are proud to accept money orders,bank-to-bank wire transfers in USDollars,Eur,CAD,AUD,CHF and other major currency from our International clients.Wire transfers can take up to 4 to 7 business days to reach us so please let us know the tracking information or update us once payment done,so to help us properly identify your payment and arrange order correctly.

 Q8.Can we apply a payment plan for special extracts?
 Although we don't offer financing,special extracts are not entered into manufacturing until they are paid in full because each one is made to order. If the order is not paid in full within the waiting period, the order will be pushed back for manufacture until such time as the order amount is met.
